On Saturday, August 4th we held the annual Open Board Meeting.  The primary goal of the meeting was to hold elections for the POA board.  We needed 101 attendees to get quorum.  We only had 64 (the highest we have ever had) but it was not enough so the election is moved to September 12th.  Details will be emailed and send via USPS as well.  Those notices should come in the mail in the next week.  Quorum is automatically reduced to 52 so we should have enough people voting to elect a new board.

We have been asked to provide the voting results although we did not have quorum so the vote totals have no meaning.

The ballots do not change and we cannot accept any other self nominations at this time.  You can always write in yourself or your neighbor.  We look forward to seeing you in September in person at the well.  

We are sad to announce that Dave Paradise has resigned from the board effective August 5th, 2026.  Dave did a great service to the community, giving great insight and ideas to improve our lives here at the ranch.  Since we have a new election scheduled in a month, we will not fill the vacant seat on the board until the elections.
