My wife, Tracy and I purchase our ranch in 2021.
I grew up on a 2500 acre dairy farm. I graduated from DePauw University in 1981, served in the US Navy for 8 years, graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1991. My wife Tracy is a licensed medical doctor with practices in CA and St Johns, AZ.
We suffered through 2 years fight

I grew up on a 2500 acre dairy farm. I graduated from DePauw University in 1981, served in the US Navy for 8 years, graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1991. My wife Tracy is a licensed medical doctor with practices in CA and St Johns, AZ.
We suffered through 2 years fighting our county board of supervisors, successfully stopping the vaccine passport from being implemented in Orange County, CA in 2022. I founded We The People OC in 2020 in response to the draconian lockdowns in California and we unsuccessfully tried to recall all 5 board of supervisors. I was a featured guest on several podcasts including The Mel K Show, The Nickolas Vienamin Show and The Patriot Streetfighter. I also spoke across the country on The Truth Tour on medical tyranny and government overreach. In 2024 we permanently moved to our property here at Sierra Mountain Ranch. To date we have constructed a two story barn, a walopeni, a solar system and installed a septic system. We are currently constructing our house which we hope to have our CO in early summer.
My focus is to make certain our well is in good working order and getting the roads properly maintained. Each property owner is responsible for adhering to all zoning laws and our CC&R's.

Our charter as directors of the POA is to provide leadership and management of two primary tasks. They are very simple:
1. Maintain the courtesy well
2. Maintain and improve the roads
We will also encourage all owners to properly maintain their properties and to adhere to all county zoning laws and ordinances. It is not our job to enforce

We will also encourage all owners to properly maintain their properties and to adhere to all county zoning laws and ordinances. It is not our job to enforce compliance to these laws. That is each owners responsibility to maintain compliance.

My focus: convenience well and roads. At large board member.
I am only interested in the roads and the well. Unless a complaint is filled with the board we will not look for problems or violations.

I am a retired US Navy veteran and truck driver. I have lived on the ranch for 4 years full time. My philosophy is to do into others as they would do into you. I understand the need for community but more importantly for privacy. My only real concerns, as a board member, are the roads and the well.

My Wife Shirley and I moved to SMR in
2019. We have been full time residents going on 6 years in Sept.
I was asked to Join the 1st Owners Board for a 1 year term. I was just asked to join the current Board for a 1 year term.
My Goal as a Director is to make su
