Brian Isley, President
Our community was founded in 2017 by a group of dedicated owners who wanted to create a safe and welcoming neighborhood for their families. Since then, we have expanded to 295 property owners and continue to grow into a close-knit community.
Jeff Hauser, Vice President
Our charter as directors of the POA is to provide leadership and management of two primary tasks. They are very simple: 1. Maintain the courtesy well 2. Maintain and improve the roads We will also encourage all owners to properly maintain their properties and to adhere to all county zoning laws and ordinances. It is not our job to enforce compliance to these laws. That is each owners responsibility to maintain compliance.
Joe Longobardo Treasurer
I am a retired US Navy veteran and truck driver. I have lived on the ranch for 4 years full time. My philosophy is to do into others as they would do into you. I understand the need for community but more importantly for privacy. My only real concerns, as a board member, are the roads and the well.
Scott Coy Secretary
Retired in 2018 37 years running a Metalurgical Lab and Precious Metals Refinery. My Wife Shirley and I moved to SMR in 2019. We have been full time residents going on 6 years in Sept. I was asked to Join the 1st Owners Board for a 1 year term. I was just asked to join the current Board for a 1 year term. My Goal as a Director is to make sure the roads are graded and that the community well is maintained and tested. Shirley and I and our 5 dogs ,2 cats,9 goats and 6 chickens love living on SMR.
